Description

Before anyone else does, here's my vision of Splash Woman in EXE form. The legs merge together to make the Meramaid tail. But only in battle. Otherwise she walks normally.

Splashwoman is from Megaman 9.

Nice. SplashWoman's a pretty popular robot master to EXE-ify, and I may try it too at some point. lol
